Get an estimate.
Based on our experience in cleaning and your inquiries, the estimated quotation will be made. Once we have made the rough estimate, it will be shared with you. This information would help you estimate the amount it would cost for the cleaning service.
Step 3:
Confirm the booking.
Once you have got your rough estimate, if you are satisfied with it, confirm with us by responding to the mail. If not, you can also contact the number given on our page to confirm and complete your booking. Our customer care team member would assist you in making your booking.
Step 4:
Acknowledgement
Once you have made your booking, a confirmation message or mail will be sent. We will assign a suitable cleaner based on your requirements. This would contain details (profile) about your cleaner such as name and contact number. You are allowed to directly contact your cleaner. Therefore, you can plan the cleaning tasks to be done with your cleaner as your convenient.
Step 5:
Meet the cleaner
On the day of cleaning, your cleaner would bring all the cleaning products and equipment required for the cleaning service. The cleaner would inspect the property and let you know if the quotation would vary (additional costs needed or not) and would provide the service as you required.
Step 6:
Pay to the Cleaner
The payment can be made directly to the cleaner. It can either be done through cash or deposit in cleaners’ bank account as per your convenience. Your cleaning invoice will be sent via email by the customer service team.
Step 7:
We value your satisfaction and happiness
