A: Of course. We are committed to customer satisfaction! Make a complaint and notify our customer service about the situation

Q: Is a security deposit required for any of your services?
A: No. Payment is due only after the completion of work

Q: Do I have to supply the cleaner with the equipment and chemicals?
A: Rest easy. The cleaner coming in will have the necessary equipment and cleaning products required for the job.

Q: Is regular house cleaning a service that requires a contract signed by me?
A: No, this service is non-contractual and can be personalized within the scope of its general checklist. You are not bound by terms when it comes to termination. However, it would be much appreciated if a 7 days notice is provided before permanently terminating your regular appointments with us.
